It may very well be. I believe one of Fung's affidavits mentioned something to that effect, or maybe it is just plain rumor. But could be what Fung's current confidential affidavit is all about.

Crystallex may have suspected this suspension coming, with the out-of-the-blue Sedar/SEC filings. Seems just a bit too coincidental.
