I don't think I've criticized JC for his view that there is chance we will get nothing.

I may disagree with it and have stated my reasons which may or may not be correct.

Time will tell if shareholders get any money and we may never know if management/tenor/bondies are all in cahoots as JC suggests. From my reading of court documents I believe that Fung and the bondies really do hate each other which makes the idea of a master plan of conspiracy between everyone but us unlikely but as I have said possible.

There is a possibility that a comet will hit my house but I doubt it so I will never say never.
