Never thought Noteholders were controlling anything at all. I believe Tenor does.
Never stated the Noteholders are in the right, or have the upper hand.
I saw others post here about DIP funds getting low - am not listening to Bondies.
A lot of this may be from "reading into" my postings.
Have seen no 8K disclosure of Crystallex in talks with Ven.
TSX has more than just Sedar filings as requirements for re-listing. Under CCAA?
Seeing representatives for Management/Tenor/Bondies, but none for shareholder value.
Hope it all works out, but whatever path is chosen by the court will be rough for commons.
