Nobody wants dilution thru DIP or stock issue but at this rate I consider this is going to happen 100%.

Tenor is on the board and maybe they renegotiate the salaries with the principals when this occurs but like JCW been saying they probably all in cahoots and backscratching each other vigorusly.

I really hoped we would have the funds to get to the GRZ award and favorable announcement IMO this would give us more options at more favorable rates.

What is the value of the costs we are asking to recover from the Bondholders litigation?
