It looks like another three weeks until CRYFQ will be ready to make a counter proposal, and probably it will be the mimimum required repayment and interest.

Tenor has objections already before comprehensive analysis, so I am sure there will be more objections to the bondies offer later.

Again the bondies are asking for way too much, I think that this works to our favor.

We will have to see.
