I could imagine the Judge wants to see the claims amount total and new number projections before issuing another stay?

The judge saw the Tenor fund being bled dry in the proposed 5 month plan and bawked?

Are there any other reasons?

After this claims process is completed, is the judge going to force Fung / Bondholder deal at our expense or can he set this aside (and still exit bankruptcy protection) until a ISCID judgement is rendered?
