from the icsid website. i have no idea what this means or if there is an award pending but it's the first status change in more than a year.

"Status of Proceeding"

Pending (the Tribunal declares the proceeding closed in accordance with Article 44 of the Arbitration (Additional Facility) Rules on December 18, 2012)"
