VENEZUELA: Henrique Capriles re-elected as Governor
The Rector of the National Electoral Council (CNE) of Venezuela, Tibisay Lucena, offered this Sunday the first results of the regional elections with 94,82% of the counted votes, indicating the ruling party dominated in at least 19 of the 23 States of the country.
