" A conservative estimate to develop the Brisas-Cristinas project without access to the Company's engineering data could be 7 to 10 years; with a settlement that would provide access to that data, the mine could theoretically be developed in about 3 to 4 years."

It would be nice to know whether Vz now has all the data needed given to them by our team to mine Las Cristinas within the 3-4 year span.

It may be we sold the farm with the barn to Vz.

Has Fung stated specifically anywhere that we did not give up any Technology and Research engineering data required to build the mine? If not hen we hold some of the cards and similarly it would take 7 to 10 years to mine if not longer.

Although it doesn't matter regarding the CSID arbitration process which is on time we might be in the same consultation position with Chinese and Vz as GRZ is.
