HB -- did Crystallex file its 2012 quarterlies and get back on a Canadian exchange? I hadn't heard that yet.

p.s. I'll bet you a dollar (which is about 12 shares) that we don't hear anything until next week at the earliest and it will probably be another extension in the mediation. This is totally based on it being Crystallex, nothing ever seems to happen on time. :)
