The system doesn't work like that Civi.

The World Bank doesn't act as a collection agent. It is up to each company to obtain through the courts a judgement against VZ in the country they want the money from.

I know your going to say another hoop and what is to guarantee we will win in court. My understanding is we will have the ISCID judgement and it will be filed in what ever country we are seeking money from. Every country that is part of the ISCID will have to honor the decision and the courts will have to support the ruling as legal.
