Great Basin blew a tire and w/out the help of Hugo. They too are seeking $35 million in DIP loans.

Seeing were in limbo till Vz. and GRZ settle and the outcome of the mediation that's on-going were not alone.

I would think Nuebold is closely monitoring the outcome of GRZ's decision.
