Hi jcr;

I was referring to the date that the arb hearing begins and i believe 2 weeks is reserved for the process. Nov 11 to Nov 25, 2013.

Price of CRYFQ will probably have a move either way.

Then we wait maybe 2-3 years or more. looking at some of the settlements of ICSID and Vz which have taken 3-5 years to conclude. All awards were paid It seems.
