The most confusing thing of all is the legal research that I have done. I am not a lawyer and I could be completely off base, however, I do not think that there is a legal possibility of the noteholders taking the arbitration for themselves. The only way the arbitration comes to a conclusion is for Crystallex to complete it, with either an award or a settlement. I am hoping that the noteholders finally hit their dead end!
