So we now have a stay until November 29th and court ordered mediation. We also have the date for the plan from Crystallex being extended until November 23rd or earlier if the mediator says discussions are ended.

Not sure if the deadline in November of VZ filing their first response has anything to do with the mediation time frame. One thing I hadn't thought about is whether the judge could order Crystallex to accept an offer from VZ that would enable Crystallex to pay back everyone with no money left for shareholders!
