Do meetings have to happen in a courtroom? I doubt that any details of where or when will be disclosed. These discussions could be held at a Denny's (or at a Holliday Inn) for that matter. It seems that only the final outcome of the negotiations are required to be reported by E&Y.

I'm sure none of the parties involved in the discussion want to see shareholders of cryfq stock there at Denny's either.
