Monitor should post the filed Stay extension papers by sometime tomorrow.

30 day Stay extension, recommended by the Monitor, falls on a Sunday, so maybe to Monday, Nov 12. however, bmh has noted in a post they received information that the Stay was extended to, "...sometime close to the end of November." Source of the information was not disclosed.

Mediation may already have started, because we are in the second half of the month of October. From the Monitor's report, "Mr. Justice Cambell has advised counsel for the Monitor that he is willing and available in the second half of October to meet with parties in order to attempt to resolve matters consensually."

Thinking this just might be over sooner, rather than later. And, without any apocalypse.
