as long as Kry have been dealing in good faith the judge won't rule against us and will continue to extend the deadline.

having a new judge mediate will make clear which side is being unreasonable.

if Kry has reached an agreement with all other debtors then i would tend to think they have been acting in good faith with the noteholders. doesn't bode well for them.
