In every court filing, CRYFQ has been noted as being reasonable and working toward a solution.
In every court filing, Bondies have been made out to be unreasonable.
Yet, the last two granted extensions have been for much less than 90 days. Most recent being about 30 days, and - if the update information provided is accurate - current extension being about 45 days. Something not really making complete sense here.
Where is this update information coming from? Where can it be verified other than your source? Trusting what you posted, but verifying is only appropriate due diligence.
The lollipop note sounds especially wonderful, but how can this update information also be verified - that when one party is being unreasonable, then extensions can be handed out in 90 day increments, like lollipops - as a part of regular and normal CCAA procedures?
Asking the hard questions because don't want readers to be taken as suckers. ;-)
