All I know is the timing of the events are impecable. As I see it and I agree..Hugo is in trouble and with Caprilles winning in the polls its a good chance the last ditch effort by him is telling in that he's at least attempting to move the project forward albiet w/out the expertise of miners who know the layout of LC....

One would only surmise the fastest way to the treasure is to look for advise from the experts.

If anything I see more fireworks.
