He may have learned a small lesson, at least something not to do before an election this time around. He hasn't stolen anyones business in about 3 months now and I think that may be some kind of record. Yep, HCF is pulling out all the stops but he has already lost this election imo. The real play here is if the victory by the opposition is large enough to keep Hugo from playing games. Capriles has promised to build upon HCFs failed missions program. So much money is being stolen even crumbs dont get to the poor and thats bad since it is his hard core support group. No food, No housing, No jobs and now no crumbs. They wont punish him by voting for Capriles, they just wont vote at all.
