So what happens? I dont get all the legal jargon, but if the bondholders are waiting for a ruling on their appeal to take the big piece why would they agree to something less and preempt the court decision?

It's been so long i cant remember what was that stay granted for anyways. I hope the Judge can figure it out, or does an attorney just walk in and file papers with a clerk?
