Arbwin- Since the sloopskipper has posted the Venezuelan announcement "Venezuela to challenge any losses in arbitration cases" I'm starting to think maybe it's preemptive move on Venezuela's part to try and force smaller settlements and in doing so are conceeding they are going to loose most if not all of the ISCID cases.
Unfortunetly, from what I remember seeing in the past, the Vennies usually try to settle with an insignificant offer maybe just 5 or 10% of the judgement award.
IMO sounds like their attorney is planning to bog the award process down with thousands of bogus appeals citing the alleged "thousands of violations" against the state by the plantiffs.
Sounds like we are winning to me but the waiting is painful.
