My feeling is that every time it seemed we were going to get good news we got pooped on all except for the recent Judges decision regarding the noteholders. After holding this POS for something like five years, I can't sell now to trade other spec plays up to Sept 11.

I would rather read "An entry at this level is unsafe until all the give-aways are revealed."
