Fortunately, you are not correct.

That law, long after the mining contract, is just another (partial) expropriation by Venezuela.

It will have no impact on damages, which will be significant.

I look forward to the GR award, while I believe that our total award will be far larger based on the economic calculations, GR had the wisdom to keep their shares under control and will get a great per share award.
