1 month before VZ has to file their materials to the court.

5 months 18 days until Crystallex files their rejoinder

11 months 10 days for VZ to file their reply

15 months 11 days until the hearing.

It is hard to sit here and watch us wallow at a dime but remember the price doesn't matter. Only what happens in court or through negotiations matters now. The clock is ticking ever so slowly but it is ticking!
