VZ has until Nov. 2, 2012 to file their first response and CRYFQ has until March 22, 2013 to file a reply and VZ has until Aug. 9, 2013 to file a rejoinder. These dates were pushed back because of the objection to jurisdiction that VZ filed. However, the good news is that the date for the hearing was not pushed back and remains the same---Nov. 11, 2013.
