It looks very possible that the Supreme Court will hear the case, just to clarify and set the precedent to section 11.2 of CCAA. I can't see how the Supreme Court would reverse the CCAA judge's decision though, as his decision follows the spirit of the law, even if it does not follow the normal procedure. Most company that runs out of money doesn't have a pot of gold 2 years out and a few millions in.
