It is interesting that the last PR addressed the new board changes, and there was some background info offered about Shah and Kay with a, "welcome aboard," from Fung. While Near had no background info about him and did not receive a, "welcome aboard."

The cancelling of the AGM has surprisingly has not elicited opinion and disbelief from members here. Be nice to look these guys in the eye while that make their speil about how everything is fine. But, it is what it is. Complaining here will not change things as they stand.
