After reading your post I gave a call to RM for his thoughts on the matter. He reported that he is being told that the company will have sufficient funds to get them to a post judgment period. The only real cost that has exceeded expectations are the legal fees incurred in fighting the bondies. We should be able to recoup those at some point as we are awarded attorney fees by the courts that are typically assessed against LOSERS. Keep in mind that many of the CCAA costs are front loaded and will not be seen on the back side of this case. The audit should be done by the end of July and that will open up trading for our good Canadian friends.
