While his death would be good for the VZ people just like Sadam's was for Iraq to us it doesn't really matter. Living, dead or a zombie doesn't change our process through the courts.

I suppose the only thing that would affect us is if VZ agreed to reinstate LC to us with a permit. The deal with the Chinese would move ahead and we would become a mining company again. This would allow us to be listed for trading.
