Nothing much to ay at this point until the appeal judges rule which should be by next week. Once the appeal is behind us I believe Cry will start working towards bringing their financials up to date so they can be listed on the venture exchange by the end of the year.

With the need for money put behind us there is a possibility that VZ may view our case differently. Historically VZ has settled their cases and I suspect an offer will be made next year before the hearings in the fall which won't be enough. After the hearings VZ may chose to rethink their offer depending on how the case went.

Given Hugo's condition, nothing is off the table anymore including a possible deal with China to become partners with them to mine. I won't be around to see it because if I never hear the words VZ again it will be too soon.

I have meetings in England around the Olympics and just saw the list of delegates. VZ is sending 2 people as associate members. Maybe one of them will be friendly for a chat. Hopefully by then I won't need to be asking questions.
