No need to check a specific trading platform. Bid/Ask is available here:

Market Makers profit through the spread. Since CRYFQ volume has considerably lowered, as compared to the past, the spread gets wider so it is worthwhile for the MM(s) to facilitating the trade, and sp sees large swings.
