civi, most icsid awards include some decent interest accrual and exchange rate provisions. considering how long this has drawn out and how long arbitration may be i'd guess any award on investment loss should be around double the investment. just basing this on some loose math and other icsid awards.

FWIW i'd guess $700mil, no lost profits.

but what do i know, at one point i thought kry could be $16 PPS.
