CJR It looks like they have a clear path if the appeal is denied. I would then reconmend this stock to anyone do to what looks like a huge risk reward., not many stock will show a double or even a triple or more in the next few years the way things are going. To play it safe one does have to wait untill the court rules on the appeal. My only problem with waiting is i feel the stock will double once the court rules on day one or two. ( you snooze you loose) Each investor will have to make that decission.
