Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
MoM, why would Tenor not push to get every possible dollar since they get 35% of what's left after paying off the creditors (including their own loan) without a ceiling?
They certainly have a much more aligned position to us than anyone else involved, and with the board seats they have a lot more power than use, which seems to be around zero.
I have not seen the loan agreement, so I don't know what happens if VZ tries to give us the mine back, but I certainly don't want that anyway.
