Heard that the appeal by the noteholders is taking place today. Not sure how long it will take or when we will get a decision but at least this one isn't going down to the deadline.

Not sure what errors or mistakes the noteholders will be using in appeal but IMHO they will lose like they have done every time to date. I guess the joke about about making the same mistake 5 or 6 times to be sure also applies to them.

When this last attempt is put aside CRY can begin moving towards a settlement while continuing the arbitration process. There is also the possibility that CRY could become a trading stock again in Canada if they meet the reporting requirements.

Every day closer to the end of our ordeal and Hugo's demise is a good day!
