spoke to rm today. he said the appellate court would hold some type of (door) hearing prior to the actual appeal to decide whether the case merited an appeal. Wouldn't that be nice if the bondies didn't even get past the door hearing. But with are luck let's assume they get past the door hearing. Timetable for a decision on the appeal itself would probably be late May or early June. And so we wait.
