The country awaits with Conoco Phillips award for 2013
Next year could be issued the award to resolve the dispute by Conoco Phillips against Petroleos de Venezuela before the tribunal of the Chamber of Commerce (ICC, for its acronym in English), as provided by state oil company in its financial reports 2011.
Foreign companies claim before the ICC that "subsidiaries (made with Pdvsa) has breached any of its obligations with respect to production cuts ordered by Venezuela", on draft and Petrozuata Hammock.
Pdvsa's report indicates that "the May 10, 2011, PDVSA submitted its reply to the demand. August 10, 2011, Conoco Phillips filed its response. The 10 November 2011, PDVSA submitted his rejoinder."
Adding that "to date, the applicants have not required specific amounts for their claims."
Conoco Phillips launched lawsuits against PDVSA and Venezuela both the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and before the ICC, and came to demand more than $ 30 billion. EJT EJT
