Chavez always expounded that this stock was manipulated and now he seems to be getting ready to manipulate it all by himself.

We got repeatedly bad news or so long IMO it's going to take awhile before the market reacts to the recent developments ISCID and Chavez. One day soon it will take off- Can't stay at .15 forever, might not be the upcoming press release that starts us off but maybe it can be?

One more interesting thing is the Chinese, Russians and Cuba have a lot at stake in Ven should be exiting/humorous however the political mess turns out.
