it may be a different time line hondo. I went to the CCAA Act at CCAA-RSC, 1985, c. C-36 (Section 14) which deals with appeals from the CCAA Act (a little bit different than Bankruptcy Court) and it says they have 21 days after the date of the order if the Appellant "has taken proceedings therein to perfect his or her appeal." Not a Canadian attorney so could be wrong but this comes directly from the CCAA Act. My guess is they will appeal as fast as physically possible.
