Previously the Judges decisions concerning DIP financing and MIP were posted by the Monitor. Now the actual signed Orders are available on the E and Y site. If the appeal by the bondies is successful they then have to come up with $10 million short term $ for KRY. The Order for DIP $ gives a break down on who the entities are that own some of the notes and how much they will contribute on a pro rata basis to make up the $10 million.
