Can we take it that since it has been over a week since Neubold's meeting..with no decision being announced...that if the Tenor offer was being approved...he would have ruled in their favour by now...with no news...if some other offer was being worked on..etc..when/if it comes..it must be going to be more favourable to the shareholders??. Otherwise why wouldn't it have been approved last thursday?.

Next question...why is this a secret...is there no minutes of the court proceedings..somewhere..???....geesh...We can't trade the shares anymore...so why can't this information be published..
