Can these guys do anything right...We had bridge financing of 3.5 million....I realize lawyers fees...(and BOD's salaries..more importantly??) take up a large chunk of this..but we just got this 2 months ago...how fast can we be drawing down on this money so fast we can't afford to file financials....?)...why aren't we selling the remaining equipment....10 million?....so we can keep this company a going concern...and keep it liquid for the shareholders?....Can they ever do anything for the shareholders benefit??...if I wasn't so pissed I would be laughing my head off...as this is truly hillarious.....and they want a reward of possibly 10's or 100's of millions of dollars....give me a break. We continue to be held hostage by them...without any answers as to WHY...these decisions are being made?...tell us what is going on...your number one goal is supposed to be to create shareholder value....have you forgotten that is your job...you are supposed to be working for us...the shareholders/owners of the company..yeah right??.
