JC it was my understanding the financials were not done to save money. Given they needed a bridge loan financials would have just been another bill to pay. If there is a different reason as alluded to about hiding something then I agree it isn't good. I was also told that when things gets straightened out with a winning bid Crystallex will probably get back to meeting the requirements.

You are right about me being a uber-long. I see no play here at this point but a settlement or award.
