Thanks for the great dd jc. One of the questions CRYFQ investors need to ask themselves is how long can CRYFQ keep the stay of protection in place without the need to file a plan of arrangement? For example, Nortel filed for CCAA protection on Jan. 14, 2009. They currently have the stay of protection extended to April 12, 2012. They have not as of yet filed a plan of arrangement. Can we keep the stay of protection in place as long as Nortel?
