JC,

I have no clue how this works. RM stated to me that we do NOT need the noteholder's approval for this. Maybe he is wrong. Could it have anything to do with secured v. unsecured? All I know is that if the judge approves this deal and the noteholders have to wait for their money, then I vote YES!
