Can they counter and is it too late for them? The bidding process is over and a bid was selected. This is exactly why I do not want to rock the boat right now. If the judge approves this deal and the noteholders are stuck waiting until the end, then I will take this deal right now. I'm not happy about the 10% but the alternatives could be worse!
