No real answer, But, I'll give 'er a go Turtle. And, we all know how that guess on, "Computershare is on Board/Settled," flew. Like a toaster. Guessing this is all a "Plan." Noteholders/Computershare still deafeningly silent. Has to be a reason. Regardless, guessing it is unlikely that the judge will need to force anything on the Noteholders.

Throwing a PR out there with info on company survival, but not disclosing details important to shareholder value, is OTC/Pinkie stuff. The company was acting like a Pink/OTC play well before delisting(s), and all of this may very well be a continuing plan that comes right out of the hypothetical Penny Play Handbook. Purposely vague PR's,... suspiciously timed insider filings,... semi-misleading information from IR,... shareholders played and manipulated (specific to kry/cryxf/cryfq, the company-noteholder relationship is antagonistic)... and commons resort to hopium,... Seems the ones guaranteed to come out good in all of this are company management, the DIP'sters, the PP'ers, the Noteholders, the MM's, etc., etc. All of them are insiders and all in cahoots. Their Plan is on schedule. This is just the way the game is played in OTC/Pinks. They all do it.

Guessing on the hypothetical "plan"... DIP'ster now on board the ICSID Award Train (ok, ok, actually a possible equity give-away, but almost the same). Computershare "complains" that they are now sub to the DIP'ster, so they will not agree to any Plan of Arrangement that does not include them being paid off pronto. The judge can force some things, apparently forced agreement on the Plan of Arrangement is not one. No problem... According to Fung's affidavit, the CCAA filing was actually recommended by the biggest Private Placement lender to put the PP under a "court process" so it can complete without problems. The PP, at time of CCAA filing and according to Fung's affidavit, was very-very close to being funded so there is no excuse for it not complating now. PP goes through and new Noteholder on board the ICSID Award Train (or current Noteholders roll and get the PP terms, nice). Commons stay in the dark about the actual give-aways, possibly until the next filing... which coincidentally, seems to be delayed. OTC/Pinkies always seem to have problems with their filings being on time and thrive on secrets, and rumors.

Why? It's all about the Benjamins. I know, more conspiracy theory insidious insider perpetuated and orchestrated manipulation, yada, yada, yada. Who knows, just a guess.
