The Government of Venezuela negotiates with the Canadian company of Russian capital Rusoro Mining the nationalization of his assets in gold mines in the South American country, informed yesterday minister into Petroleum and Minería, Rafael Ramirez.
“With the Rusoro company we have a discussion (...) that as all the processes of nationalization happen so that the State compensates to him assets to the private ones (...) but we must put to us in agreement in the price”, Ramirez to journalists declared.
“They have indicated their will to remain with us, we we have invited them to that they conform to us mixed companies is a negotiation that when we will announce she finishes it”, she indicated the minister.
